I was meant to go out to an Indian restaurant in Sunderland (20 miles or so miles away) with friends, but heavy snow put paid to that. In fact, it nearly stopped the wedding and delayed the Honeymoon, too! :-( ;-) |

I didnt have one either but 56 years ago Stag and Hen nights werent known then. |

54 years ago in august. Stag nights did happen but usually the night before the wedding, stupid in retrospect. My OH went to the pub with Navy and other friends and drank a lot more than he was used to, beer I think. He never drinks beer now. He had a hangover for the wedding. My mum invited some of my friends round, also the night before, the wedding presents were on display too.she was completely T Total but she did buy us some baby cham. We just sat and talked :-D |
