"absolutey" - hate it - just say "yes" - I make a concerted attempt to never use the word though on one occasion I accidentally did :-(

"At this moment in time" - just say "now"

Do users feel it makes them seem more important than they really are :-S

Another on the 'basically/at the end of the day' list?

It's ok to have an opinion and we all have different views, so why do some feel they have to add 'rant over' to a perfectly reasonable comment? Especially when it is only a couple of lines and nothing like a rant.

Has the meaning of 'rant' changed? :-S
