My friend is a solicitor (Family Law) actually but I asked her about this subject.....

If I was confused before I am even more confused now........

The links she has sent me where specifically what I was asking about....

I was also told under the CPS, no matter what is reported under the terms of DPA it can be passed onto magistrates courts, very rarely are heard in crown court......

There has to be a legitimate case to be taken seriously and both victim and the person reporting it, both persons need to be investigated .......

Of course you can't be reported to the DPA - it isn't a body or organisation.
You can only be reported UNDER the terms of the DPA.
