I sat with my morning coffee today and recalled a year past when I had done the same thing. Then I was taking time out before the hectic day of Mum being awake. Little did I know at 7.30am that morning that Mother Dear would never wake again.

R.I.P. Mum, I did love you and yes I do miss you, so cruise those seas and enjoy <3

Thank you girls I am okay, a leaky eye here and there. Well I will be okay after a whine or should that be wine or 3. :-D
The time has flown and I didn´t expect to remember the date as such ....I knew the date but I am crap about what day we are on ....No such chance I woke this morning knowing today was the anniversary of Mother Dear saying farewell.

I do miss her <3

Well Uzzi, my girl, you have done it! You got through the year of firsts and stayed relatively sane?!. despite the turmoil and the hassles your Mother leaving you so suddenly caused you, and the problems over probate etc etc

You seem to have come to terms with the emotional side of the situation very well, you found you did love your Mother regardless of the trials and tribulations of having her in your life. You have settled yourself, T and the mutts and are getting used to this new way of life, and meanwhile your Mother is resting in peace, with no further worries to upset her or cause her loss of dignity and pleasure.

it's your turn to live life just the way you want to, only a few people to answer to with little pressure from them, what an opportunity. Enjoy yourself, you earned it!
