Tooooo late Merz.

The house went up for sale an hour ago.

Once it was known that I was living in close proximity, the house sold for double the asking price.

I've decided that the next time my neighbours have a bbq, I'm going to do the bamboo and string trick. Might put a piece of rump steak on it though. Mmm, then I shall have to do another one with a bottle of red wine to wash it down. They have actually handed me a burger in a bun over the fence in the past when I've been gardening, so I know they'll see the funny side. :-D
