	I want to know how the young girl was registered in both her mothers name and fathers name but the father was in France had had nothing to do with the mother after she got pregnant....although he was sent photos

	Her birth certificate was in her fathers name...which they showed (short cert) I also looked up her birth on ancestry Registered in his name with mmn Kendall and also as Kendall mmn kendall For an unmarried couple to have the birth registered in both names ...they both need to attend
