woope it dont say much does it !!!

They are tiny plasters with a magnet on place them on the point that hurts the most and it helps reduce the pain brilliant things

Use an osteopath they do more muscle work chiro do more bone work!!!

Ann, i had something similiar a while ago and friend gave me this tip which actually worked and i was pain free in 3 days and back to normal.

Stand with the left side of the body against the work top or a table.Keeping the left leg still, start swinging the right leg back and forth like a pendulum.(hold on to the table to balance yourself or worktop). Do this at least 8 times and stop. if its the left leg thats sore stand the opposite way round and swing the right leg.

Repeat this at least 6 times a day.

by day three hopefully the nerve will have released itself and the pain should go.

it really worked for me so heres hoping it might for you.

good luck

I found with trapped nerve ity was toooo painful for the chiropractor to go anywhere near the area of the trapped nerve,

Manipulating the area around it though helped to relax the tensed up muscles.

You would think that heat would help but I found using a gel pack that had been in the freezer and held on the site covered in a tea towel for no longer than 10 mins helped.

Unfortunately it will get better in its own time and this is anything up to 3-4 weeks theres no short cuts I,m afraid

Many years ago I was in agony and was told to visit the medic for an national football team. He said I could not stand the pain and told me to run as hot a bath as I could stand with 2lbs ordinary salt in it - then sit - SIT UPRIGHT. I did this for 2 weeks and then he worked my back.

Ever since anyone complains of pains in legs/back etc. - salt bath. Some years later I had a trapped nerve and did this prior to visiting a physio. She admitted it had helped to relax the tissue.
