Exporting GEDCOM

Anyone know what to do if the export is 'stuck'? Started it last night, still 'pending', and won't let me start a new one. Any ideas on how to 'cancel' the export and have another go?

If you can't work out how to cancel it, try sending a message to GR

Don't know whether this will cancel the action...
ie have you tried logging out and back in again.

I've also had problems trying to export since Saturday as it seems stuck. Have emailed support twice and hoping the problem is fixed soon.

Just got a message from GR - they have promised to reset. So if anyone else has this problem, that's the only solution, it seems. Thanks, all, for your input. :-)
