Just got a message from GR - they have promised to reset. So if anyone else has this problem, that's the only solution, it seems. Thanks, all, for your input. :-) |

I've also had problems trying to export since Saturday as it seems stuck. Have emailed support twice and hoping the problem is fixed soon. |

Anyone know what to do if the export is 'stuck'? Started it last night, still 'pending', and won't let me start a new one. Any ideas on how to 'cancel' the export and have another go? |
