I haven't changed my cat's water

I'll put it outside tomorrow, if it's still there.
Just seems a strange thing to do, there's water in the garden, and lots of food for it!! It's also not the easiest bowl to get in to, with an outward facing lip. Very easy to get out of, though.

Cat's aren't bothered by it, and plenty of water in their bowl for them.

Its only looking for water,wait til its up again then fill the Cats bowl.

Usually, I change it every day, but yesterday I noticed a medium-sized spider lurking in the bowl (a large stainless steel dog bowl) near the water. I touched it, to check it was alive and wasn't a drowned spider - it was alive. It's still there today, it goes down to the water - then up again.

No idea what it eats - unless it eats the cat's food.
