I haven't changed my cat's water

Usually, I change it every day, but yesterday I noticed a medium-sized spider lurking in the bowl (a large stainless steel dog bowl) near the water. I touched it, to check it was alive and wasn't a drowned spider - it was alive. It's still there today, it goes down to the water - then up again. |

Don't like caged pets - even spiders. The guinea pigs my children had as pets had the run of the garden during the day - but were locked up at night in case of marauding foxes. |

Removed the (much smaller) huntsman today - possibly saved it's life, as it was caught in cobwebs! Grandson's thought it beautiful, grand daughter pleased it has been removed. :-D |
