I had a cat flap for my cats in my previous house, but it wasn't clear, nor was my neighbour's cat flap. Her's had a bit you could lock so once the cat was in overnight or whenever you wanted it to stay in, you could lock it and stop other cats getting in as well. i never had a problem with other cats coming in but then I did have three cats so I suppose one against three would have been scary lol

My cats used to have collars and two of them would walk on a lead too

Liz the cat flap I have bought has a 4 way lock
so I can lock them in
let them come in or let them come in
and the last one let them come and go as they please :-D

with a clear plastic door :-D

we did not have a cat flap when we had shelly
if she was not in by 10pm the old man use to send the kids out looking for her

if scarlett doesn't come in at bed time
I get a torch and go looking for her to Dame shelly

Were as touchwood and steve never go out :-D
