my first day here, so forgive me if i seem dumb.

what happens if:
a person signs up and enters information on their family.
then that person lets their subscription expire.
then i see their entry and send them a message.

do they ever get to see my message?
can they ever reply to me?

they'll get the message if they have the same email address as when they signed up - you can tell if they've read the messge by going to "Sent messges" and see if the envelope has been opened

good luck getting into "Sent messges" - I alwys have a problem with that :-)

Welcome to the boards Frank.

If they keep the same e mail address as when they registered on this site, a message will be sent by GR staff direct to their address.

They can read the message even if they no longer subscribe.
They can then answer direct to your GR mailbox, but can't initiate correspondence unless they are a paying member.

Will they reply ??
Who knows, but don't give up.
My longest wait for an answer to a sent message was over 3 years.

can i include my personal email address in sent messages or is there a blocking filter to stop that?

if you want to but don't put your email on the board for all to see

any time you want help, just ask - either on the board or send us a message <3
