Highly unlikely to find much on the inmates of Workhouses. Most records only consisted of Name, Date of Entry and Date left or Died. |

Depending on your area of interest, you'd probably have to visit the local archive for those..... at least in England/Wales you will :-0 |

Thanks to everyone who has sent me tips and information. I am now trying to access workhouse admission records with no luck. I can get generalised info but not records of actual residents (will not call them inmates!) |

There is still familysearch .org.(LDS) which offers a good run on Scottish records such as baptisms and marriages,some deaths. |
