My renewal date for subscription is due today, I usually get an email a couple of weeks before telling me I will be debited on the day. This time I have had no email and i want to contact support team as it says in Q&A. WHERE do i find how to do this,the contact us page does not show a support team option. |

check your account at the top to see if Auto Renewal is ticked,it will process as your present one expires.if your card details are still the same details..........if they have changed then it wont auto renew. |
