Thanks everyone.

My Auto Renewal is ticked as on, I was going to email Genes after checking bank account had not been debited when at about 6pm on 19th I saw the expiry date for my genes account had been changed until 19 March 2015.

Sorted thanks all.

check your account at the top to see if Auto Renewal is ticked,it will process as your present one expires.if your card details are still the same details..........if they have changed then it wont auto renew.

You probably wont get a reply until at least monday as they only work monday to friday....or so they say

My renewal date for subscription is due today, I usually get an email a couple of weeks before telling me I will be debited on the day. This time I have had no email and i want to contact support team as it says in Q&A. WHERE do i find how to do this,the contact us page does not show a support team option.
