I hate :-

Beetroot
Goat's cheese
Lamb
Swede
Mackerel
Herrings
Anything in vinegar




My Nightmare meal would be :- Beetroot and Goat's Cheese Salad, followed by Irish Stew ............. I like most desserts (though rarely eat them), but the tapioca pudding we got at school - yuk!, disgusting! :-P :-P :-P ;-)

Pigs Trotters,Jellied Eels.Brains on toast,Tripe and onions.Avocado Pears,Haggis and things like that. :-0

Now I have remembered banoffi pie and the horrible surprise I had recently.

I am with you GinS on the goats cheese but I love beetroot and almost anything involving vinegar.

'Much Ado About Mutton'.

Interesting radio programme today about the decline in the UK consumption of mutton, which was a regular part of many main daily meals in the not so distant past.

I was reared on mutton stews all of which were cooked under the watchful eye of my mother & were delicious as I remember them with fondness.

Muesli .like cereal but not all mixed together .olives ,pickled eggs .anchives .piltchards .blancmange .not for me :-(
