hi there playmates!!! started off so warm here today I had to open all the doors and widows!! now it's gone all black - looks like rain on the way :-(

remember I mentioned that my son, train driver, had to finish work a few days ago cos he came across a body on the line - well seems it was murder!!! how awful - West Draycott station

That was a shock for him Ann, not nice sometimes being a train driver is it?

Jem if your oven is a fan oven, don't forget other peoples 150 will be hotter in your oven, check it is not cooking too fast. I did see one recipe when I googled that said 121 degrees so maybe 150 is a bit high. Think you need to experiment.

I've been cooking it on 100c as you can always increase the heat if you need to. Better that than it doing too early :-)
