Just popping in quickly to tell you that Grandson had his follow up appointment at the fracture clinic this morning.

The consultant (not the dishy one sadly, even though it was his clinic :-( ) :-D said that he is pleased with the healing.
The bones have fused with the callous. Now it will take about a year for the bone to rebuild and be strong. As long as he doesn't fall on it, cos that could break it again, all that it needs is for it to strengthen now. He doesn't need to go back.
