It's been a good week.....

A couple of days ago I won a bottle of Rose Hip Vital capsules...... YAY! Hopefully they with help with my wonky hip etc etc etc.

Tonight I won a raffle prize :-D

The prize is... a washing machine, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

I've already got all of them.

I was asked if I'd like to exchange the items for a voucher at the shop..... no problem!

I now have a $1,000 to spend on electrical goods. :-D

A steamer - as in cleaning, not cooking?

Our coffee maker is horrible, it's supposed to be a 12 cup, but we only make a maximum of 6 cups, because if we try more than 6 it leaks! So that's on the list.

Maybe a new telephone.

Not sure about a steamer for cleaning....... we live in the subtropics, a steamer might make things mouldier than they already are :-(

Maybe a de-humidifier?

I don't want to waste it on frivolous gadgets.

I have to mention this! I won the prize at our local club. I won it, NOT my DH.

The manager of the club spoke to my DH, asked HIM if he wanted the prize, or a voucher! grrrrrrrrrr

My DH sorted him out. He said "I didn't win it, why are you asking me...... go ask The Boss" :-D

One of those beats as it sweeps as it cleans coffee maker...... that I might need a licence to operate.

The raffle was put on by a brewery! :-D At our local club.

Every time a certain brand of beer was bought by a member, their membership card was swiped & their name went into the draw.

For the last 4 weeks, there have been draws of 10x $30 cash cards. I won ONE, DH has won about 10. I should point out that during the month, I only paid for one of the beers :-D

The major draw was last night........ DH didn't win anything :-( I got a major prize from my one purchase!!

As the names were called out, each person got to choose which prize they wanted........ I was glad I wasn't last, really didn't want a big paddle board :-D

A Panasonic breadmaker? They are brilliant :-D

And I only won a box of chocs last night at the club I go to on Thurs night.
Buy tickets every week and it's unusual to win....then they want me to open them and go round everyone with them!!

I have a breadmaker...... my Mother gave it to me, because she didn't use it any more...... it's in a cupboard upstairs, and I haven't used it for 10 years! Don't fancy a juicer, I'd rather eat the fruit.

I'm sure when we get to the store we'll find lots of things we suddenly decide we need.

DH is buying a lottery ticket today......... rofl :-D

have you got any update info on the missing 3yr old William Terrell.
The stuff I have is several weeks old and they were still searching, but police were now thinking along the lines of an abduction.

BR ~ there's been nothing on the news for weeks. The last thing I saw was a bit odd, wouldn't give details of his family because of some privacy issue....... it's all very strange.
