Well after nearly 10yrs of being a member of Genes I have decided not to renew my membership tomorrow...Its been a good 10yrs and I have enjoyed being on here but as of late I hardly pop in and I don't really do any tree research anymore....

I posted a similar message back in Febuary, Although I haven't been on here even just to read the message boards, I couldn't bring myself to actually let my membership lapse.

Sorry that you have decided to leave Jules, maybe just take a break and then you have the option as to whether you want to return or not........

I shall be getting divorced in the near future but im happy about that as we have been separated for nearly 4 yrs.....

Having said that, I am rather disorientated today......

The Christmas decorations were bought down from the attic yesterday. When i went to bed last night, I walked into the 7ft Christmas tree that was standing in the bedroom!! :-S

I forgot it was there and it frightened the bally life out of me!! :-D :-D :-D

Anyway........stay strong and positive Jules because you never know what good things are just around the corner.

don't forget that if you simply do not pay your sub, you revert to being a free member .........


your tree stays, and you can read the Boards if the mood takes you.


and others can contact you by pm if they want to.


You don't have to do anything else ........................ no need to tell GR that you are leaving

then if you do decide that you really have to re-join .................... you just use the name etc that you already have.
