Fusilier Lee Rigby did not get to appeal for his right, the right to life, these 2 evil men denied him that right by sentencing him to die in a heinous and barbaric way - for that, if it was possible, they should have been denied the right to appeal their sentences! |

Of course it is every person's right (not just British ! ) but we have one of the best (and fairest, I might add) judiciary systems in the world and part of that system gives every person the right to appeal. You can not be selective with that process. |
