Thank you Brenda <3

Place where grandson is living has been badly flooded, and with the winds now calming down lots of folk have left to see what is left of their homes, poor souls.

We think grandson is being moved to Cebu.

Just read that the winds aren't as bad as were feared,so hopefully the worst is over without too much disruption and damage.

Thank you for your support Emma, Brenda, Rose, Von and AnnMarie it's much appreciated <3

We've had no more contact so family are watching BBC news. Grandson was in Tacloban last week but now lives in Barongan, teaching maths and also music. Been there since August and loves the people.

Praying everyone will be safe

Good morning and thank you Elizabeth, Sylvia and Ann for your kind thoughts <3

My grandson (for the moment) is still able to keep in touch via text to home. Winds have died down a little but more impact expected later today.
There are over 500 people who have fled their homes and now living at the sanctuary, with many who experienced the typhoon last year and who are in an emotional state.
