struth - knackered already - have cooked the turkey and the pork, par boiled the potatoes and parsnips for roasting, other veg in the saucepans ready to go - stuffing and sausages and bacon in dishes ready to go - beginning to wonder what, if anything, I've forgotten - I shall slip into a coma when they've all departed!!!!!

Although today is a day when many of us will unwrap presents from our family, loved ones, and friends, but the most important presents are not the presents wrapped in shiny paper and tied with ribbons, the most important presents we can unwrap are the memories of those who are no longer with us, memories we hold secure in our hearts. These are presents money cannot buy and unwrapping the memories of those we loved always gives Christmas a special meaning <3
