Barbs <3 roast lamb and all the trimmings Christmas day, cold lamb with chips and beans yesterday and what is left will become a curry tomorrow :-)

I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"

I have just cooked some potatos and veg including more sprouts, up for a bubble and squeak for tea.
we were buffeting all day yesterday with family :-D

Thats good Fly, I saw some of it all on the news, we just had rain from mid day yesterday.

G,dau did a 12 and a half hour shift yesterday and she was only allowed 2, twenty minute breaks. She was all in when she got here last night and was starving :-D

Barbs - my cooking abilities were learned from two very good cooks - my mother <3 and my grandmother <3 tonight I will be having a couple of skinless smoked haddock cutlets poached in some milk with a bit of Scottish Cheddar :-)

Thats lovely One Foot and your meal sounds really good. I'm afraid my granny was a bit scary and I was only to be seen and not heard :-0 :-0

Fly she is in the acute assessment unit and was kept really busy all day. But she had lots to tell us of comings and goings. :-D
