I'm back from the shops. stocked up with ciggies and painkillers :-D very quiet out there and bitterly cold, I am not surprised the only creatures I bumped into on the way to the shops and back - were a lot of little men made of metal asking if there was anybody around here that did welding :-D

Mersey <3 I have enough problems with twitching at the moment, the twitching in this damned eye, it has been twitching non stop for hours, I will have to be careful if I am out and about, people might think I am winking at them and instead of a sore eye - I will end up with a black eye :-D

afternoon playmates - well we had thunder and snow last night and the mountain above Cardiff was white this morning but it's all cleared away but I'm sure there's more of the same to come :-D

Fly <3 I hope the problem with your foot gets sorted soon, have you tried Diclofenac (Voltarol) I am prescribed 75 mg tablets as my main painkiller as non of the usual painkillers work for me, believe you can buy 25mg tablets over the counter at most pharmacists and you can also buy Voltarol Gel over the counter - it is an anti-inflammatory based pain killer.
