OneFoot the Physio came this morning gave Dad some exercises to do and a walking frame :-) He can only use the frame when we are with him to hold him up :-S

Back from my jaunt to the local town on my scooter, glad to be home as it was a journey to hell and back, pavements except those in the actual town bentre were covered in ice and it was bitterly cold, the weatherman and I obviously have a different opinion on what the word mild means :-( all I will say is ;-) thank goodness I not made of brass :-D

Fly <3 thanks for the update on your Dad :-) hopefully with the new medications and help and encouragement from his physiotherapist - you might seem some improvement albeit may be slight and slow <3
