Instant coffee better grades such as Carte Noir Nescafe Columbian 37 are made with quality Arabica coffee beans and are perfectly ok. |

Back in ye olde 1970s there was a little shop in Gloucester that sold coffee, roasted and ground on the premises. The smell was divine, Dad and I used to nip in to buy some for the stove-top percolator as a Sunday treat. Never have liked instant and prefer espresso with no milk added. |

milk has passed through cows which are not the brightest apple in the orchard but def. living animals ; then there is goats milk, cheeses, eggs ... all have passed through a living animal at some point |

My first coffee of the day is actually two cups ,skimmed milk no sugar and made by heating the milk in the microwave for 1min 30 secs and then stir in a spoonful of instant coffee. |
