Curious that you should mention that Leonard Cohen song, Rose. I just finished a good book, a mystery with the title "How the Light gets In" based on his song. The book is by Louise Penny, one of the Chief Inspector Gamache of the Surete Quebec stories. I had never read any of her books before but I will certainly look for others. |

Sounds interesting Margee :-) Nice when you get a good book, I have just finished one I picked up in the charity shop, " The Postmistress" by Sarah Blake. Worth a look, |

I like rediscovering books I read years ago in second hand book shops. I've been rereading a lot of Sci Fi I first read as a teenager when I had to get them from the library because I was broke.. |
