Seen advertised on Tv, and as I enjoy colouring in Little dudes colouring books I thought it might be nice to get some adult ones,

what a nightmare, 2 days of driving/walking I finaly got issue 1, sold out everywere, so it must be popular,

anyone else interested in it?

I saw that. It's one of those £1.99 for the first issue, then some ridiculous price!
You can download and print interesting pictures off the internet:

Wilkinson's do a couple of adult colouring books - just got one for me to colour when granddaughter is doing her colouring lol.
I also sent my sister one from Amazon (a tad more expensive than Wilkinson's) to amuse her as she recovers from surgery. :-)

you can do your own doodles.. just draw lines of squiggles, loops and circles, and then rub out the bits of lines you think don't look right and hey presto you have a lovely abstract image to colour in and if you look carefully there will be some shapes that make sense and you can highlight those by giving them a heavy border..

i have done loads in paint and in pencils

:-D

Yeah I do that often, just squiggle and then colout them in,, but I like the thought of actual symetrical patterns, and the aztec ones iv seen are lovely,

I have a couple of celtic design books, from about 15 years ago that D never got round to, I might dig them out and see if they are therapeutic :-) I used to love painting, but life got in the way, I think a lot of people do forget about art, and how much they enjoy it, after leaving school so anything that encourages people back to it can't be bad.

Nothing quite like the smell of new coloured pencils, the smell catapults me back 5 decades in a second :-D
