I am just back from a hospital appointment with my eye surgeon and I'm now enjoying a nice cup of tea :-D and I hope that whatever you are doing today that you are taking care, smiling and that you are enjoying your day :-) especially if the weather where you are is as gorgeous as it is here :-)

Down here in my corner of Kent the day started off with some fog and a lot of low cloud, but the clouds and fog quickly cleared and left us with what has turned out to be a gorgeous warm sunny day and temperatures could rise to around 23C by late afternoon :-)

And did you know that a happy person not only smiles with their mouth as the happiness that is the cause of there smile can be seen shining in their eyes ;-) and that an unhappy person smiles with their mouth while their eyes reveal their pain ;-)

Fly <3 suffice to say, not a happy bunny with news I was given, lost my rag and made it clear I thought there were too many fingers in the pie and that from now on I only want my GP and the consultants at my local hospital to look after my health as I can not afford to travel back and forward on what is a 4 hours round trip to a hospital miles away from where I live :-S

Speak with your GP and tell him how you feel <3 it is a long way for you to travel :-0

phew - it's very hot here in Cardiff - have done the front garden and am now mowing the lawns in the back - have to keep coming in to cool off :-D

Well folks, I am shattered as I have spent nearly 6 hours of my day attending a hospital appointment, now that I am back home, I'm going to call it a day, go and put my drops in then rest my eyes ;-) once I've rested my eyes, later on I will fix a bite to eat, then watch television until it's time for me to go to bed ;-)

I hope you have all had a lovely Tuesday and that you enjoy what is left of the day and that you all have a pleasant evening :-) :-) :-)
