Update...Little tiny Cara has pneumonia, so staying on ventilator as she cannot
cope on her own just yet...... <3 <3 they will be trying to take her off again in a few hours...... She seems to have got a little colour back this morning which is good to see.....thank you all for you lovely messages <3 <3 <3 mwahhhh :-D

Down here in my corner of Kent we have a cold but dry start to the day, and the forecast is that it will be a fine, dry, but windy old day, and once the early clouds disperse some decent sunny spells should develop, however, in the strong blustery winds it will feel a bit chilly at times as the maximum temperature will be about 15C.;-)

So wherever you are and whatever you are doing today, take care, smile, enjoy, and make the most of your weekend :-) :-) :-)

And remember that when you lose a loved one or someone very close to you <3 you don't fully recover from the loss <3 instead you find ways to make their absence and memories a part of your daily life and then you begin to channel your emotional energy toward others <3 and eventually your grief will start to walk beside you instead of consuming you <3
