Im fine thanks lovely...Little Cara has shown a slight improvement over night , she has had 2 small feeds, and been off the ventilator longer this time.....she is looking for feeds now too...which is a great sign <3 <3 Thanks for asking LG :-D <3 how are you diddlin?? :-D

I am really well Mersey. I am sure the sunshine helps as I can get out and potter in the garden at last. I do not move very fast and if it's cold it freezes my assets :-D :-D :-D.

Good news about baby Cara I do so hope she keeps improving and will soon get home and settled <3 <3 <3.

Down in my corner of Kent it was chilly with some foggy patches around first thing this morning, however, the fog quickly cleared to leave us with what looks like being a fine sunny day, and even in the light breeze that's about, it is quite warm, and it will get warmer as temperatures expected to reach around 20C this afternoon ;-)

So wherever you are and whatever you are planning on doing today, take care, remember to smile, enjoy, and make the most of your day :-) :-) :-)

And remember that, we can never really lose those we once loved very deeply ;-) because our love for them was so deep that they became a part of us <3 and our memories of them are locked safely away in our hearts <3

I am back from m trip to my local shops ;-) and although Waitrose has never been my favourite supermarket ;-) I will admit :-D that having a Waitrose supermarket about 75 yards from your front door can be very handy at times :-D
