but the vit D they get from the sun is good for their shells

Lots of big Bumble Bees here today.I even had one that came in through the patio door and settled on the settee :-S..Good job I never sat on it .I bet your garden looks lovely.I remember it well :-D

I went to see the Consultant same old same old loose some weight come back in twelve months and he will sort them in the meantime I just hope I don't get the Phlebitis back but I am still keeping up the walking :-D <3

I returned home from voluntary work at school, to find OH had loaded the chairs in the boot of the car, and started to prepare a picnic. We travelled for forty minutes and spent the afternoon at Charlcote Park, such beautiful gardens ; there are over thirty seven thousand tulips and other colourful spring flower displays. A guided tour around the House which has been home to the same family for over 800 years, it was especially nice to see that the family are still living there in one private wing. We then sat overlooking the river Avon eating our picnic. It's been a glorious day, back home now and the sun is still shining. ; <3 <3
