Yes it is snowing too wet to lie though :-)

I'm doing my garden this year girls, miss the colour
and smell of flowers, so decking and grass laid and
gardener to keep it in order :-D :-D

a lot easier now I don't have a dog but they stay pretty good really. I do have a cleaner in the loft if I need it. :-D :-D

Did I say I had everything boxed up before and wasn't gonna see it through. But the family said I must finish what I started and it will keep me off the streets ;-) ;-) I mean keep me focused. But where are they to help with the stripping walls :-D :-D :-D :-D

Its a through lounge diner and rarely used since the grand kids have grown up. It was only used for G to watch his footy, in the end. and xmas :-D :-D :-D
