	Suppose your right Belle :-D Dads family did not move very far they started in Sheffield and some came here less than 30 miles away :-D

	All trees are interesting Fly, because it's your heritage! I always think, when you look at the map of where the different lines of your family tree have come from, and the different walks of life, about all the little coincidences that happened to have come together to make YOU! :-) :-) <3

	Yes, and that probably worked out more expensive, not to mention time consuming, than being able to do much of it on line. It's also amazing what gets thrown up on google! :-D

	I must admit that the sites and extensive records/documents that can be viewed online now are really good compared with when I first started.....then it was more a matter of going to the Record Offices to view the records :-0 :-0

	When I joined GR, there were 2 main legends I wanted to find out about. The Shah of Persia story from my mother's side, and the Jemima Nicholas connection on my father's side. I'd put off doing it for years, as I was scared it would turn out to be just that- only legends, with no basis in fact. Plus I didn't have the computer skills then, or even a computer come to that :-D :-D :-D :-D
