It does sound as if you are progressing really well. If you have access to a hydrotherapy pool or even hot-tub once your wound has healed, it can be really beneficial to exercise in one.

Cycling movements in the water are really good as they encourage plenty of flexion which will be invaluable especially when you wish to return to cycling.

Use walking poles when out on uneven grass, it just helps to steady you and avoids a potential trip.

Good luck.

Its now a Month since my Full Knee Replacement Operation .
I'm now the proud owner of a Stainless steel and plastic knee .
And I'm able to walk very slow .
But the Physio said I must still use my crutch's when walking outdoors ,or a least one as I have been able to walk unaided In the the house and up and down the stairs .
The knee Is still stiff and flexing a little more each day , and I have to do my leg /knee repetitions exercises every day
. Also carry on Ice packing routinely . I am also cutting down on the Painkillers I.E .
Co-codamol as they can have an adverse affect on your stomach .
So I'm very pleased with my progress . hope to be able to drive in a couple of weeks and hopefully get out walking hiking and Cycling again . Sometime In June .
