Here are two definitions of a punty ;-)

An iron rod on which molten glass is handled when being shaped and worked - also called a pontil.

And ;-)

A person who is short, and tries to make up for it by acting extremely angry and aggressive towards taller people.

Well all you lovely folk <3 time to call it a day ;-) as my taxi will be here shortly to take me to the hospital for an appointment with my consultant to discuss the results of my recent biopsy :-( and when I eventually get back home ;-) I'll fix something to eat ;-) then watch the television until it's time for my bed ;-)
