	I found some ginger beer bonbons in Poundland yesterday, and I'm finding them very hot but seriously addictive. I do like hot stuff :-D :-D ;-) ;-)

	No, they're not, Mersey :-D You have to be very careful with sugar free sweets. The ones form Aldi are ok, but my daughter got me some from a local sweet shop for Christmas, and they gave me the runs big time! :-0 :-0 Talk about through the eye of a needle! :-D :-D some sugar substitutes have terrible consequences. Better off having a few ordinary ones now and again :-D ;-)
