	Hya Mersey :-D :-D <3 <3 - It was brilliant - and I wasn't really scared, just a bit apprehensive while I was being trussed up like an oven ready chicken and suspended over the edge of the quarry :-0 :-D ;-) John went a little faster than me - well, he's heavier ;-) - but I was pretty fast. I wasn't sure about being buffeted a bit by the wind, but it was over in a minute. We went down a short, not so fast one first, to break us in gently. One girl was in tears, and I don't think she went on the big one. There was one brave girl on crutches - she had MS - and she loved it! I'm really glaf I did it - If I can do it, anybody can - honest! :-D :-D :-D :-D ;-) ;-)

	That was what it felt like! :-D :-D :-D The harness is pretty tight - well, it has to be - and they really do take great care with safety :-D Getting into position is a bit tricky, too - and trying to stand up afterwards was downright undignified - my legs were like jelly :-D :-D :-D :-D
