Did you get the ring you wanted?

The bank thing is a nightmare Gin..am going to call into my local branch first before I respond to their letter...it came from London...We want to know what's been going on. Apparently the documents they have got relate to prior 2009 :-0

We had a financial advisor and still have...so looks like investments we made which needed our bank details were either stolen or cloned...but because the investigation is still ongoing that's all they will tell us...but we need to know more...it's a worry!

Ann - Shackloch is somewhere between Chester and Wrexham - we found it by chance :-D :-D

I did find a lovely ring - blue tpaz and diamonds set in white gold - at the same shop where we got my engagement ring :-D :-D

hope you can get it sorted asap....I have to say although slightly different...when I had trouble a few months back and money went out of my account it was sorted and the fraud department were fantastic and helpful with me <3 <3

Mersey....At the moment the accounts are all ok, it seems to be something to do with investments we made...they are not saying much at the moment. They are going to put money into our accont for the stress caused etc...and have offered an intense monitoring service free of charge on all transactions...so that to me says that whoever divulged our investment details also gave our account numbers as well.
