I am in a similar position, my garage is one of six, under maisonettes several notices are visible keep clear access required at all times, etc, but people STILL park there, to be fair if they are unloading shopping etc, or I know where to find them, I don't mind, but it IS the thoughtless ones that park and I have to " Go on the Knocker" that annoys me. |

Be very careful about not being honert when selling about neighbour disputes etc., if you lie and are caught out you count be liable forva very large fine. |

When you come to sell the property you won't want the car being parked there for prospective viewers to see and not be able to gain access to the garage. It really needs to be sorted out before the house is put on the market. |

If he does it again,inform him that unless he ceases to block the garage you will have his care towed away and send him the bill and if necessary take him to the small claims court to ensure he pays it,the thought of debt collectors going to his housae might make him realise what a prat he is.**M** |
