>If< you were to puncture a tyre, he wouldn't be able or willing to drive the car out of the way. It's a bit self defeating really :-D

I am in a similar position, my garage is one of six, under maisonettes several notices are visible keep clear access required at all times, etc, but people STILL park there, to be fair if they are unloading shopping etc, or I know where to find them, I don't mind, but it IS the thoughtless ones that park and I have to " Go on the Knocker" that annoys me.
I DO own the Garage but as the forecourt is council owned, so is not exactly private property........

Be very careful about not being honert when selling about neighbour disputes etc., if you lie and are caught out you count be liable forva very large fine.

Arrogance can often be deflated when the pressure is reduced. Same thing for the four wheels of the miscreant's car.

But before all that, a quick word face to face with the neighbour allows him to remove his car before a falling-out occurs - so long as you are 100% sure he has no right to the space. In any case, parking in front of a garage door is not logical.

Good luck!

You know me Stella if I think it I say it ;-) ;-)
or maybe just let a tyre down

by law your not allowed to cause an obstruction

Checked the deeds of the house and it does belong to my sister

I will update tomorrow as to whether he is still parked there or not.

Thanks everyone,

Maureen

When you come to sell the property you won't want the car being parked there for prospective viewers to see and not be able to gain access to the garage. It really needs to be sorted out before the house is put on the market.

Sorry been having a few computer problems.

Thankfully he had moved the car.

I think the owner of the next garage allows him to park across that one.

That is good news and I hope the man doesn't come back to block the garage again.
You and your Mum could well do without the hassle. Good Luck with everything else.

If he does it again, inform him that unless he ceases to block the garage you will have his care towed away and send him the bill and if necessary take him to the small claims court to ensure he pays it,the thought of debt collectors going to his housae might make him realise what a prat he is.**M**
