Just got back from the bank after them confirming me letter and their telephone number in London is legit. it is

Rang fraud in London asking them to shed a bit more light on the subject, apparently it's more of an identity fraud at the moment. On an unrelated raid concerning our bank they uncovered paperwork of mine and OH with our banks financial advisor 2006/2008
:-0 :-0

These people had all our personal info...passport nos DOB address etc :-0

However they still want to put some sort of extra monitoring on our accounts...which makes me feel a bit uneasy....if as they say it's not account related :-0

Have a lovely day everyone ;-) it's getting very warm here and hot days wreak havoc with my metabolism :-( so I'm calling it a day and will do what I always do on hot days ;-) lie down in a shaded room ;-)

It is going to get hotter and humid over the course of this week so here are a few ways to try and keep cool and comfortable on very hot days :-)

Shut windows and pull down the shades or draw the curtains when it is hotter outside than it is inside.

if you're susceptible to the effects of hot weather, try to avoid going out during the hottest time of the day, usually early afternoon to early evening.

If you do have to go out, walk in the shade where possible, and wear a hat.

Taking cool baths or showers as thay will help you stay cool.

Drink plenty cold drinks such as water and fruit juice but try to avoid tea, coffee and alcohol.

If possible try to avoid extreme physical exertion.

<3 Enjoy the good weather but take care, be safe <3 and don't forget to keep an eye on your elderly relatives, friends, and neighbours <3

And remember to never leave anyone or any animals in a parked car.
