	Hi fokls <3 hope everyone is having a good day <3 I am now back home in the shade with my fan on full blast :-) having popped along to my local town for a couple of hours on my scooter to do my weekly shopping ;-) It was definitely a wise move to go into town early :-) because on my way back home it was starting to get a tad too hot for me :-)
	Researching: I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"

	Fly <3 I am fine thanks <3 had a few problems after the heat last week but fully recovered now :-)

	Fly <3 heat rashes can drive you crazy but an antihistamine can sometimes help prevent them and calamine lotion or a calamine cream helps sooth them :-)

	OneFoot i did take some tablets :-) but they only helped a bit :-( i was glad when it started to get cooler :-D
