Down here in my corner of Kent it was a cloudy and wet start to the day :-( but the forecast is that it will brighten up later :-) with the rain clearing by this afternoon :-) allowing some dry sunny spells to develop :-) and as the temperature will hover around 75°F :-) it will feel quite warm in the sunshine :-)

So wherever you are and whatever you will be doing today ;-) take care :-) stay dry ;:) enjoy yourself ;-) and don't forget to smile :-)

And remember that what lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us ;-)

rained through the night here, too - but it's now a bright and breezy day. We've just come back from out church fete :-D

Well, we made a detour into the village pub before we came home :-D :-D ;-) ;-)

There wasn't a great deal going on at the fete - not as good as previous years. :-D

We went to the pub just for a quick one, and to suss out their food menu. They've just started to do evening meals, in a small way, so we might try it out soon. Looks OK if you're into fast food :-D :-D ;-) ;-)
