If you're in the shower and you had poor balance, how do you wash the bottom of your feet without falling over? I sat down but then I have a trouble time getting up again, so I was just wondering if there was a better way. |

Ummm, I don't wash the bottom of my feet. The water disappears so slowly, the soles are usually cleaned by the puddle! |

I use a long handled net bath sponge and hold onto a suction handrail on the wall. The hand rail wouldn't take my weight if I tried to pull myself up with it but it is fine to steady yourself. |

We have a grab rail, our shower is in the bath. Our shower mat has sort of rubber bristles over it, they scrub your feet. |

hubby who has very poor balance holds onto the bar that the shower head is on to hold up each foot in turn to clean between each toe ,He doesn't get dirty feet cos he always has footwear on BUT he does like to make sure in between the toes don't get sweaty and cause problems. |
