I agree with you Shirley, but has you said she did not suffer which must be a comfort to her sons when they get over the shock, my thoughts go out to her sons. |

Such a shame she died on her own but at least it was quick and she wouldn't have felt anything. |

It must be so hard for her son, who apparently had to break down her door to check on her when she didn't appear after her siesta. He probably wonders if he had checked her earlier or got in the room quicker he might have saved her or been with her instead of her dying alone. I hope she didn't know anything after she fell. |

She didn't die alone - she hit her head and had a stroke - apparently. |

I remember getting Cilla's autograph outside the BBC Shepherd's Bush studio, c.early 1970's. That made my day. |

My daughter worked has a shopper at heathrow and Cilla asked her to get some toothpaste for her and walk down to the plane she told her it was her first trip after losing Bobby. My daughter got her autograph for me. |

Apparently she was knocked unconscious when she fell so would have felt nothing I hope. Of course we can't know for certain I do realise that before Erroll leaps in!!! |

There are now reports or suppositions that had Cilla been found quickly she might have been saved, which will be hard for the boys to know, if they haven't already thought it. |
