It was a terrible thing to do .............but Mum and I were left alone with loads of bottles the night before, so we had a little drop out of each one.

Mum, of course, woke up perfectly fine.....I was dragged out of bed by my bridesmaids and forcefed bacon sandwiches and coffee.

Never ever again

There certainly are and they invariably leave a trail of broken people in their wake. It's the 'I am the greatest catch and/or nobody understands me' rubbish.

Luckily most bounce back but it takes time to trust again.

I have had a few friends suffer and it was damn awful watching them heading for a fall but unable to persuade them to seriously consider if the relationship was all it seemed.

Also as my friends know my daughter suffered for 6 years at the hands of a controlling man and we had to resort to extraordinary measures to remove her from the property they shared and get her out of the UK asap.
