Hi
this from Jeans daughter
Weds night she fell down the stairs, top to bottom.
Shes was crumpled at the bottom and I really thought she had broken her hip/leg
Thankfully she hasnt but she has broken 2 ribs
Shes in hospital - we dont know how long for at the moment
She asked that I let some of you know
She says she's not in pain other than if they try to turn her
It is important that she gets mobile to help reduce the risk of a chest infection

Please will you pass this on to her friends

Thank you Ann for letting us all know about Jean. It's such a shock to hear that she has fallen down the stairs.....I hope and pray that she will feel better soon and that it won't be too long before she is home again.

Shock can be as nasty to the system as the actual fall and its injuries
