My other half has just brought home a huge pile of olives and peppers - and a bottle of wine - I am in heaven and it isn't even our usual Saturday night!

Shouldn't it be you bearing gifts?

The male in the hunter/gatherer in our family :-D

eRRolSheep Report 7 Aug 2015 21:27

So you have never taken your husband/partner/significant other a gift?

I much prefer a relationship whereby each surprises one another every single day.

It's delish.

How sexist to assume that it is just the male that should do everything - and also very old hat.

A very odd and hackneyed comment in my opinion!

The closest I come to a male hunter/gatherer bringing something home is when the cat drags a dead rat into the garden :-( ;-)
